The delivery method in most cases is Royal Mail, unless it is a large or heavy order, in which case it will be sent via courier.

When you place an order, you will receive an order reference number to identify your order. You will get an e-mail notification when you place your order and also when the order has been dispatched completely to let you know it's on the way.

This section contains detailed step-by-step instructions on how to place your first order.

If you already know what you want to buy, the easiest way to find it is to type its name in the search box located at the top left of every page.

Typing a general name (for example, "DVD" or "Figure") in the search box will bring many search results. Refining your search to be more specific, may help you to find the item you are looking for faster. Try to narrow your search being more specific (for example, "John Cena Figure" or "Summerslam DVD").

You can also click categories and links in the menu of the website until you discover what you are looking for.

To get more information about a product, click it to see its product information page. There you'll find:

• the price of the item
• an image of the item
• the item's availability
• description of the item
• other details on the item
• the buttons you need to add the item to your Shopping Cart, or Wish List

The Shopping Cart is where you store items you intend to buy. You can always delete items from the Shopping Cart or save them for later if you change your mind. When you find what you want (or what you might want) click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product information page.

If you can't see an "Add to Cart" button, it's because the item isn't available or has limited availability.
This could be because the item is out of stock for example, or not yet released.

When you've added everything you want to the Shopping Cart, click "View Your Cart" at the top of the page.

To start filling in the order form, click the "Proceed to checkout" button.

Enter your login information, provided when you have registered your account. Currently you choose a username of your choice and a password. You must use your own e-mail address, even if you're buying something for someone else. Also it is a good idea to check your email is valid, to prevent any delay in email responses not being recieved.

Tell us where you'd like us to send your order, this can be an alternative address to your own.

Select a delivery method and delivery option

Consider how quickly you'd like to receive your order, and choose a delivery method. Please remember the items availability on the product page, when placing an order, as different products may have a different availability. Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible using the most appropriate method depending on your order.

The delivery charge for your order will be displayed in your cart according to the weight of the total order.

Next, let us know how you want to pay for your order. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as payment offline via Cheque or Postal order. Whether you are paying online or offline, it is recommended to complete the order form and select the payment method of your choice, further instructions are provided depending on the option you choose.
