Mattel Launch Center - New WWE Action Figures

Ever since Mattel, the world’s leading toy manufacturer announced (in February 2008) they had won the exclusive rights to make future WWE action figures (from 2010 onwards), they got straight to work, pinning new concepts and ideas to the mat, with feedback from both the WWE and the WWE fans. Now, almost two years in the making, they have a full line of products ready to launch, which will fit in with your existing collection.

First impressions from the new figures indicate greater detail and accuracy. You will also notice the figures are in scale. Some of the figures feature for the first time individual stands and authentic costumes, including removable t-shirts.

Make room for your new collection -- is the tagline being advertised from toy-maker Mattel for the new WWE action figures that are being released.

Mattel will develop and market products in a wide variety of toy categories such as action figures, accessories and playsets, games and puzzles, activity toys, plush products, vehicles (including R/C), and role play products. The first line of products will be available in January, 2010.

WWE action figures were previously manufactured by Jakks Pacific, who had been producing them since 1996. Jakks Pacific will continue to make great action figures with the brand new UFC line which was recently released, as well as securing the TNA Wrestling rights, which will be available later in 2010.
